In professional spaces, we are constantly pushed to optimize, perform, and power through. When we hit a wall, our internal critic immediately kicks in with old programming: “You are weak. You are lazy. You are falling behind.”


But what if we tried a radical, simple thought experiment?


What if you’re not actually lazy or incapable? What if you’re just a good person having a rough time?


Our brains are often running on outdated cultural and environmental "programs" that tell us struggling is a moral failure. We end up treating normal human limitations as unforgivable flaws.
